Skills Development and Certification for Trainers of Synchronous Electronic Learning
The main objective of the project was to focus on quality synchronous electronic learning which requires special trainer skills. SELCERT developed a qualification for trainers that deliver synchronous electronic learning alongside training materials and tools. Our company developed a digital resource center networking tool (https://selcert.app-host.eu/) for the trainers on the web to use, both to identify useful tools that they can use to deliver synchronous electronic learning but also to network between them, exchange ideas, support each other etc. We also developed icebreaking online games(https://selcert.app-host.eu/Selcert-Tools) that can be used during online training sessions.
