The project focused on simplifying and accelerating processes through the development of a modern digital platform. This new platform, available via a specially designed online portal, allows for easy access to the services of TEEA, providing prompt and efficient service while reducing processing time and enhancing transparency and usability.
The aim of the project is to ensure simple and direct access for citizens, engineers, and public services to the information and services provided by this regional department, which faces unique challenges due to the geographic dispersion of the areas it serves, migration pressures, and the ongoing economic crisis. The outcome of the project represents a significant improvement in the service provided to stakeholders, promotes transparency, and fosters trust between citizens and the government, while also contributing to reduced implementation time for investments and other developmental actions.
